“If you have stage fright, Imagine that everyone in the audience is naked.”

How many times have you heard this advice?

When we go to the doctor we always have that fear that “they will find something for us”. Because going to the doctor is something serious. But it doesn't have to be scary.

Perhaps this “panic” about going to the doctor would be solved if we imagined that these doctors are, simply, personas. What they feel, who suffer, who listen to you and understand you. That they treat you from you to you, from person to person.

Mammography is a diagnostic imaging test that uses low-dose x-rays to detect possible breast abnormalities early.. This technique is essential for the early detection of breast cancer, which increases the chances of successful treatment and the possibility of a complete cure

The benefits of a mammogram are several and very important. First of all, is a quick, non-invasive test that can detect tumors or masses in the breast that may not be detected during a clinical examination. This allows doctors to detect tumors before they are palpable., which may increase the chances of a cure and reduce the need for more invasive treatments.
